It's been FOREVER!!!!!

Holy moly it's been forever!!! Partly due to the fact that my computer took a dive and I've just been to crazy busy to even post anything! That's just part of life though I guess :) (I've been using my iPhone for everything for the past 8 months!)

Well lucky me, my wonderful hubby got me an iPad for our anniversary last week!! Ahhh it's so nice to have a screen that I can actually see without having to increase the size of everything. So while on FB today I saw that Mandy over at Vintage Revivals took a fun quiz over on the Home Goods website. It nailed her style dead on so I thought "Heck, why not give it a go." It took seriously like 2 minutes and was totally dead on for me.

.....with a blog!! For the last 24 hrs (minus my beauty sleep! heaven knows I need more) I have been eating this blog up! Which blog is it you ask?? Let me tell you.... beach house in the city. It's AMAZING! She has awesome DIY's and her style for home decor is fabulous.  

You should see the transformations her and her hubby have done to their house. I want her to come make mine over. It's so open and light and her color pallets are to die for. You must go over and check out Natalie's blog. FYI this is all my own opinion. She has no idea who I am and I haven't been in contact with her either. So to give you a little teaser of her blog, here are a few pics...enjoy!

feels like poop!!!

  For lack of a better word, that's how I feel right now ''/  I've had this stupid head cold for almost 2 weeks now and would like it to find another body to make miserable besides mine! (or my kids since they have it too) Okay, I really wouldn't like someone else to catch it, I would just like it to leave my house. I have a lot I would like to get accomplished and that just doesn't seem to be happening. All I want to do is plant my big behind on the couch and blog stalk  surf on the computer.

You ask what I have that I want to finish??  Where do I start?? I officially have a craft room now and I would love to get it all organized and ready to go. I really need a bookshelf I could put all my fabrics in all pretty, like Maggie from Smashed Peas and Carrots did here!! I just stare at her pictures in awe and wish my fabrics were that organized. Some day soon hopefully. I also have about 20 headbands I need to make to I can have some mula for our cruise the Hubs and I are going on for our five year anniversary. (feels like 10) hehehe

My house has been seriously neglected due to the sickness and I'm starting to feel a bit overwhelmed with it all. The Dude's room you can't even see the floor and in Bugs room you can't find her bed. The Hubs told her to clean it the other night and about 10 minutes later she walks out and says ''I'm done!'' I walked in there and just had to laugh because her floor was spotless but her bed now looks like a toy/clothing store threw up on it! YIKES!!I'm off to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be a more productive day.

As a mommy of two, my heart aches for this little family. I could never imagine having to go through something like this. Please go vote.
